Expert Époxy Rive-Sud (https://expertepoxyrivesud.ca) is a lead generation platform operated by Marketing Ultra Services Inc.. Installation work is carried out by independent RBQ-licensed contractors. We are not a construction contractor.

• •Inbound calls: caller number, duration, audio recording, transcription, and automated lead-quality analysis.

• •Attribute and qualify leads (measuring the service's return on investment).
• •Improve service quality and detect irrelevant calls.

4. Sub-processors and Third Parties

We use the following sub-processors to handle your data:

• •Twilio Inc. (United States) — call and SMS routing, temporary recording storage.
• •OpenAI LLC (United States) — audio transcription (Whisper) and call-quality analysis (GPT-4o).
• •Google LLC (United States) — lead logging in Google Sheets.
• •Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting.

Each provider is bound by data protection contractual clauses. Your information is never sold to third parties.

5. Retention Period

Personal information is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of collection, then securely destroyed. Call recordings hosted by Twilio are deleted in accordance with their retention policy or upon our request.

6. Your Rights (Law 25 / PIPEDA)

Under Quebec's Act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information (Law 25) and PIPEDA, you have the right to:
